Once you have chosen your horse and paid the necessary amount we will send you a share pack which will include a share certificate, photograph and background information on your horse and G G Racing. You will be able to apply for tickets to the races when your horse is running and to visit it at the stables whenever you wish (having first made an appointment). You will also be invited to various G G Racing events. You will receive regular email newsletters and updates (these can be sent by post on receipt of sae's) and written newsletters. You will be asked your opinion on matters regarding your horse if important decisions need to be made. You will receive a share of any prize money earned by your horse during your shareholding and this will be paid to you directly, once a minimum amount has been reached, or reduced from any subsequent accounts.
As a member of the syndicate you will receive prior notice of new purchases and may be offered special purchase opportunities before new syndicates are launched. In addition you may apply for any spare tickets when other horses within G G Racing are running and this gives you more opportunities to go racing as an owner.
On the anniversary date of your purchase you will be sent an account for a maintenance payment for the forthcoming year (currently £350 for 1/100th and £115 for 1/400th share) and at this time you will be given a number of options:
To pay the maintenance fee and stay with your horse for a further year
To sell or give your share away
To return your share to G G Racing with no further committment
This is REAL OWNERSHIP. If the horse does well and attracts a buyer you will receive your share of any sales proceeds. Your only obligation is to pay from year to year - although you may walk away at any time - and to have fun!!!
