Comment: I am a fundraiser for St Joseph's Hospice - a 25 bed hospice in Merseyside near Aintree, home of the Grand National. We have to raise £2.4 million a year to look after terminally ill patients and their families. We get NO Govt funding & the National Lottery have completely refused us.
